一、簡介Brief Introduction
QW100型無級變速傳動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺可進(jìn)行坐式摩托車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)總成中的自動(dòng)無級變速裝置（包括變速器、皮帶和自動(dòng)離心式離合器）性能和耐久檢驗(yàn)，是坐式摩托車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)自動(dòng)無級變速裝置生產(chǎn)廠產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制、出廠檢驗(yàn)和發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)組裝廠整機(jī)開發(fā)研究、產(chǎn)品進(jìn)廠驗(yàn)收等工作的專用設(shè)備。
QW100 Model Stepless Transmission Test Bench mainly tests theperformance and durability of the sit type motorcycle' automatic stepless drive(include transmission, belt and automatic centrifugal clutch), which is aspecial equipment for the product quality control and leaving factory test bythe sit type motorcycle automatic stepless drive manufacturer as well as thewhole motorcycle D&R and product entering ground check upon delivery etc bywhole motorcycle assembling factory.
二、測試產(chǎn)品Test Production
該傳動(dòng)試驗(yàn)臺可測試排量50～250CC或125~600CC發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)總成中的自動(dòng)無級變速裝置（包括變速器、皮帶和自動(dòng)離心式離合器），適用于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和離合器制造企業(yè)對離合器進(jìn)行開發(fā)研究、質(zhì)量控制。
The test production is the auto stepless drive (includingtransmission, belt and automatic centrifugal clutch) of the sit typemotorcycle, of which exhaust capacity is between 50CC to 250 CC or between125CC to 600CC. And it is suitable for testing the clutch quality and for theclutch D&R to the manufacturer of engine and clutch.
三、主要試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目
1．測試傳動(dòng)裝置不同轉(zhuǎn)速下的傳動(dòng)比；
2．測試傳動(dòng)裝置不同轉(zhuǎn)速、不同負(fù)荷下的傳動(dòng)效率；
3．測試自動(dòng)離心式離合器結(jié)合轉(zhuǎn)速；
4．無級變速裝置耐久試驗(yàn)；
